Over the past two years Mohan Raj, IT senior manager has been part of an exciting NetApp IT initiative to build our DevOps platform that provides the cloud services, automation, and CI/CD release models that our application development teams need to build cloud native applications. They call the platform CloudOne, as it provides one consistent developer experience, irrespective of the destination being private or public cloud.  The team automated the processes to onboard applications onto our CloudOne platform as well as the continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) process to rapidly move application changes to production.

The New Stack Context is a podcast where the latest news and perspectives in the world of cloud native computing are discussed. They recently spoke with Mohan about the CloudOne developer experience at NetApp. Within he describes the challenges as well as benefits of launching such an ambitious multi-faceted project.

TNS editorial and marketing director Libby Clark hosted this episode, alongside founder and TNS publisher Alex Williams and TNS managing editor Joab Jackson.    For more check out the NetApp-on-NetApp blogs that feature advice from subject matter experts from NetApp IT who share their real experiences using NetApp’s industry-leading data management solutions to support business goals.
