Yes. The subscription expiration date is based on the terms of your Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscription and a set time period from the date of purchase. We offer 1-, 2-, and 3-year subscriptions, with the ability to re-enroll or extend the subscription.
Prior to reaching the expiration date (12, 24, or 36 months from date of purchase), the student will be notified that the Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscription is due to expire and will be presented with options to renew.
No. The Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscription start/activation date is linked to the subscription purchase date.
Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscriptions are offered in 1-, 2-, and 3-year terms.
Yes. Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscriptions can be purchased using a credit card, Training Units, or purchase order #.
Yes. As new Cloud Education All-Access Pass content is created and published as informal learning courses, you you will be able to access them with your subscription at no additional charge.
A single Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscription may only be used by the specific individual at a company whose login credentials are linked to that subscription.
The NetApp Learning Services support team will assist in replacing the student owner of a Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscription with an approved replacement student from the same company.
No. Cloud Education All-Access Pass subscriptions do not include access to certification exams.
Yes. Learners can take Cloud Education All-Access Pass course content as many times as they like.
